What documents or data you need?

We don’t need any documents or data to start. Should an investigation arise we would need access to employee files, employment papers etc. If you would like us to help with policy and procedure documentation you can provide us with that for an evaluation.

How can I cancel my subscribing?

You simply need to email sales@frauddivision.com to cancel.

What is your refund policy?

You must cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund. Otherwise you can cancel your subscription at anytime with a 30 day notice.

Do you have 24x7 customer support?

We off live customer support and loss prevention services from 8:30AM-10PM CST.
